Golden chain tree is a beautiful golden flowering tree that blooms in about May and is quite easy to grow. These trees are really amazing. If you have not tried this, now is your chance. The flowers look similar to wisteria blooms!! They also grow quite fast, and grow in a variety of conditions and soils.
Hardy zones 5-11. I've seen them grow between 20 and 30 feet tall, but have heard they can reach twice that. They can also be trimmed to be smaller. Can grow in sun or part shade.
Plant in late fall because seeds need a cold moist period to germinate in the spring.
