Wheat grass is fun and easy to grow, even for kids! It can be snipped and blended
into all kinds of healthy nutritious drinks, shakes, or smoothies.
Young sprouts can also be used in salads.
Another great way to use them is to grow a small 4" pot for your cat
or other pet. Cats love it. Often you will see a cat chewing on grass outside.
This provides the grass inside, especially in cold areas where they can't go
outside or where the grass is not yet growing outside.
Just plant 40 or 50 of the seeds in the soil and cover with about
1/4 " of soil, water, and place in a sunny window.
