Also known as the lucky nut tree or peruvian oleander, this beauty is both lovely and fragrant. Long willow-like leaves of this evergreen are covered in wax to prevent loss of water. Flowers are long, tubular, and sometimes fragrant. Blooms generally yellow, but can be apricot or white. Produces large deep red to black fruit encasing the seed/ nut. The seeds are very large... about 1" long each. All parts of plant including seed/ nut are poisonous if eaten. Ornamental only.
