Great vegetarian spaghetti. Can be baked and then scooped out. The meat has a spaghetti texture, and is very delicious and sweet. Great either with butter or with spaghetti sauce.
Squash weigh about 3.5 lbs and are about 10" long. As a winter squash it stores well for up to 6 months. Open pollinated.
