5 Seeds Nyssa sylvatica BLACK GUM TREE (Seeds)

This is a hardy tree from the northeastern US that is very underused in the landscape. This species can grow in wet areas, but they will also grow well in drier, normal garden conditions. These plants get wonderful fall foliage in shades of red to orange. They are hardy to at least USDA zone 4, and possibly colder. These plants would make excellent additions to your rare plant collection, or just make a unique statement in your yard.
